What are the check-in and check-out timings? Check-in begins at 1pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How can I book a room? You can submit a booking request through our website, contact us by phone, or reach out via WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can also book on other OTS platforms. . Our property is listed in OTAs like Make My Trip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.
Do you offer group bookings? Yes, we welcome group bookings for families, corporate teams, tour groups, and special events. Contact reception for queries.
What room types are available? We offer a range of accommodations including standard rooms, AC rooms, deluxe rooms and dormitory options.
Is breakfast included in the room rate? Please check with our team at the time of booking regarding meal inclusions and available dining options.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. -
A valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN card is not accepted as valid ID proof.

The hotel welcomes genuine travellers and tourists with valid identification. All guests are required to declare the purpose of stay at check-in. Rooms must not be used for unlawful activities, immoral purposes, or short-duration misuse. Management reserves the right to deny check-in or terminate a stay without refund if the purpose of stay appears suspicious or if hotel policies are violated.

Maximum occupancy per room must not exceed the confirmed booking details. Extra person/extra bed charges apply as per hotel tariff.

Visitors are permitted only in designated areas. All visitors must inform the reception upon arrival and provide a valid Government-issued ID for guest safety and security. Overnight visitors without proper registration are strictly prohibited.

Smoking inside rooms and indoor areas is strictly prohibited. Penalty charges will apply for violations.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages, missing items, or loss of room keys/access cards will be recovered as per applicable replacement or repair cost.

Pets are welcome; however, guests must inform the hotel in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made. The hotel reserves the right to impose reasonable conditions or additional cleaning charges if required.

All payments must be made only to the hotel’s official bank account or UPI ID mentioned on the invoice. The hotel is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts. Any excess payment will be refunded strictly to the original mode of payment.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of hotel policies.
Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled or modified within the specified time frame to avoid retention charges.

For individual room bookings, free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will attract a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain one night’s tariff or the full advance paid, as applicable.

For non-refundable or promotional bookings, 100% advance payment is required and no cancellation or refund will be permitted.

For group bookings and banquet/event reservations, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Retention charges may apply based on the notice period provided.

In case of early departure, retention charges may apply as per booking terms.

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and will be issued strictly to the original mode of payment. Bank charges, if any, may be deducted.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking without refund in case of policy violations, misconduct, or provision of incorrect information at the time of reservation.
